Making sure my grandson Blaze and all the babies running around my home are safe will always come first! 🤍 I recently had @poolsafeinfo install my pool safety fence, and I’m so happy with how it turned out! The whole process was so easy, and I love having that extra layer of protection and peace of mind while still keeping my backyard looking beautiful. 🙌🏽💦 Please protect these babies! If you have small children living in or visiting your home, adding a safety fence around your pool is so worth it. 🤍 If you’ve been thinking about getting one, check out @poolsafeinfo - They install throughout California, and if you’re in another state, they can help connect you with trusted installation partners near you.
Yesterday someone at the gym asked me if I miss being as lean as I used to be. I said sure, sometimes I do! Looking back, I gotta admit, having a shredded 6 pack was pretty cool 😜 BUT, the way I approach fitness today is VERY different , especially since becoming a mom. I used to be all about constantly pushing myself to look a certain way. Now my priorities have shifted a lot. Do I still care about how I look? OF COURSE! But having shredded abs 24/7 is no longer my definition of being fit. I am still training hard because I LOVE lifting, enjoying food, spending time with my little family, and not letting fitness consume my life. Because YES, you can work toward your dream physique, get stronger, and feel amazing in your body WITHOUT putting the rest of your life on hold! And I’d LOVE to help you do just that! I’m starting one last challenge this year, and if you’re ready to get stronger, feel more confident, and find YOUR balance, come join me! We start NEXT MONDAY! Comment STRONG and I’ll send you the details and the link to join!
WELL BLOODY ’ECK! This Yorkshire lass has only gone and bagged herself some Arts Council DYCP funding! 😭🩷 Honestly I’m still in shock and feeling incredibly grateful for this opportunity. It means I can invest in my practice, paint more, learn new skills, travel for projects and receive mentorship from the incredible @shauna.anseo 🙌🏼 The timing couldn’t be more perfect... Just as I was ready to throw in the towel, battling imposter syndrome, mum guilt and questioning whether I was good enough, this came along as a much needed reminder to keep going! ✨ Here’s to backing myself, pushing my practice and seeing where this takes me! Bloody buzzing! 💖🔥Thank you, Arts Council England! 🫶 @aceagrams Also a huge shout out to my partner Tom @northernmuralco for all of his support, guidance and putting up with my despair over the years 🤣💖
