Comment “FLOW” for the full episode link 👇 Most people want more focus, creativity, and better performance. But constant distraction and AI-generated answers can make those skills harder to protect. In this episode of the Kwik Brain podcast, I sit down with Steven Kotler, New York Times bestselling author and leading expert on flow and peak performance, to explore how to train your brain to perform at its best. Steven shares how to find the sweet spot between boredom and overwhelm, create better conditions for flow, and use challenge to strengthen learning. We also explore how AI can affect creativity and cognition, including his rule: never let AI start your thinking. In this episode, you’ll learn: ✅ How to create the conditions for flow ✅ Why challenge can improve performance ✅ How to protect your focus ✅ How to avoid cognitive offloading ✅ How to use AI without disengaging your brain After this episode, you’ll have practical ways to access more flow, strengthen your focus, and protect your human intelligence. 👉 Comment below: What’s one skill you refuse to outsource to AI?

One of the most fascinating things I’ve noticed after more than two decades of studying cancer survival is what happens when someone survives a diagnosis they weren’t expected to survive. You’d think their doctors would be incredibly curious about what happened. I know survivors who were told their situation was hopeless, yet years later they’re still here, healthy and thriving. Some have even outlived their own doctors. So I keep coming back to this question: What can we learn from people who have already beaten the odds? That question has driven a huge part of my work since my own diagnosis at 26. I’ve spent more than two decades talking with long-term survivors, interviewing integrative doctors and researchers, and digging into the different approaches people have used to improve their health. I put everything I’ve learned into my SQUARE ONE Coaching Program, and starting TONIGHT, October 13th, I’m opening all 10 modules to you for free for 10 days. Comment UNLOCK and I’ll send you the link to join.
