A Baltimore County paramedic has received a 25-year prison sentence after pleading guilty to three incidents involving the deliberate contamination of items used by coworkers.
Christopher M. Carroll, 36, was sentenced Tuesday after admitting to three counts of causing another person to ingest bodily fluids.
According to court records, the incidents occurred between September and December 2025 at Baltimore County Fire Station 2 in Pikesville and the Baltimore County Public Safety Building in Towson.
Investigators said Carroll recorded himself contaminating several items, including a container of coffee creamer, a coworker’s keyboard and an ice machine at the fire station.
In one video described in court documents, Carroll allegedly ejaculated into a container of coffee creamer before returning it to a refrigerator shared by employees. Another recording reportedly showed him ejaculating onto a coworker’s keyboard.
A third video allegedly showed Carroll urinating into an ice machine and using an ice scoop to distribute the urine throughout the ice. The recording reportedly included a caption making a joke about turning the contaminated ice into a slushy.
Authorities said Carroll uploaded the videos to OnlyFans.
Investigators interviewed dozens of fire department employees during the inquiry. According to police, 16 employees confirmed they had used the ice machine and unknowingly consumed ice that had been contaminated.
Authorities also reported that testing detected Carroll’s bodily fluids and DNA on items featured in the recordings.
Carroll was initially charged with 20 counts of knowingly and willfully causing another person to ingest bodily fluids, along with three counts of malicious destruction of property.
According to statements presented in court, Carroll was also accused of urinating into a wall-mounted fragrance device at a doctor’s office before returning it to its place.
