Noen ganger møter man en person som gjør livet litt ekstra fint🫶🏼 Det er over ett år siden innspillingen av Norges Tøffeste, og nå føles det riktig å dele litt av det fine vi har opplevd sammen!🥹
“You can wish you’d known sooner, or appreciate how much you still have left to discover.” One of the things I love most about this bodybuilding journey is learning from different people, challenging what I think I know and figuring out what actually works for my body. It can be frustrating when certain muscles don’t grow as fast as you’d like or your body doesn’t respond to training and dieting the way you expected. But looking back, those frustrations leave so much room for growth, new approaches and possibilities you hadn’t even considered. Every time I think I’ve finally figured out my training, I learn something that makes me question it all over again. And honestly, that’s the exciting part. Not having it all figured out means there’s still so much potential to unlock📈 💪🏼Programmed by @bodybuildingwithaaron 📈《HYPERTROPHY》 Training App @rpstrength ➡️Code: BWA ➡️Code: YINA . #rpstrength #bodybuilding #china #musculação #treino

Comment “gemini” and I’ll send you the full Gemini Mastery Guide. Gemini 4 Argon dropped less than 24 hours ago. People are already building things that shouldn’t be possible. The pattern across every demo is the same. Argon doesn’t just write code once. It renders, looks at the result, critiques it, and tries again. Google’s own team ran it for 1,000 rounds on a single animation. That loop is why it can build 3D scenes, games and physics in minutes. It still doesn’t beat Opus on fine detail, but at 7x to 60x cheaper, it doesn’t need to. All 7 builds are in the slides. Save this before you plan your next 3D project. What makes a great flight? It’s not just the seat. It’s what you eat, what you sip, how you’re taken care of and all the details around you. We’ve been working on all of it, and it’s all part of the new Delta One ✨ Coming soon
