This has been incredibly strenuous on my mind and body and there have been a few moments where I’ve wanted to just lay down and take a nap in the snow. My legs are weak and numb with cold and the pressures of climbing a mountain to get to an ice waterfall wall after sprinting through the snow looking for a beacon for an hour and yet I feel so incredibly alive! And in need of a nap that lasts a week. Challenging situations have a way of reminding us of life’s big 3 constants; paradox, humor and change.
