Hiihdon parissa jatketaan tälläkin kaudella, mutta mikin toisella puolella 🤩🎤
Tulevalla hiihtokaudella mua nähdään ja kuullaan YLE:n maastohiihdon asiantuntijana 🙌🏼

Toivottavasti pystyn antamaan kuulijalle ajatuksia urheilijan näkökulmasta ja bongaamaan kilpailusta asioita, mitä ei ehkä tulisi kotisohvalla havaittua 🕵🏼‍♀️
Mistä asioista haluaisit kuulla lisää lähetyksessä?

Ps. Sori hiihtokaverit jo tälleen etukäteen! 🤐 Saa tulla antamaan palautetta päin naamaa jatkossakin! 😂

Eating a nutritious food and absorbing it are two different things.

Curcumin barely absorbs without black pepper. The vitamins in a salad are fat-soluble, so without olive oil much of it passes through. Lemon in green tea, mustard with broccoli, butter on vegetables, eggs alongside avocado. Small pairings, better absorption.

But getting more out of your food is only useful if you know what your body is short on.

Comment KICKSTART and I’ll send you my free 2-minute quiz that shows you where to focus first.

For a moment, I let someone else’s opinion make me question something that genuinely matters to me.

It reminded me how easy it is to let the fear of being judged stop us from being ourselves.

I’m still figuring plenty of things out, but I’m done believing that having struggles in your past is something you need to apologise for.
