Watching the Northern Lights dance across the Arctic sky is something I don’t think words will ever do justice to. 💚 A little reminder that some dreams are worth travelling miles for. ❤️ #NorthernLights #Lapland #aurora #kolkatabloggers

Please share this someone who needs to hear this That ‘nothing feels good anymore’ feeling? It could be your body’s inflammation, not your personality This isn’t about blaming anyone or claiming a diagnosis. It’s about naming a real experience: chronic pain, inflammation, poor sleep and exhaustion can affect motivation, mood and pleasure.
