All music students, faculty, and staff are invited and welcome to attend “A Master Class with Maestro Carthy” on Thursday, October 15th from 3:30-5:00 PM in Stella Boyle Smith Concert Hall. We hope to see you there!

The data behind @samgolong's huge sixth-place performance — and he’s sharing all of it.

Ever wondered just how much work goes into a race like Kona? Take a look at that “Recovery” training status. The hardest race on the calendar, a couple of days of rest, and his body is already ready for more.

Though we did check in, and he’s “well and truly tired from it.” 😅
