It’s about what comes before it!
Try these 3 fixes:
1). Lead with one person, not a statistic.
“12,000 families need help” gets a shrug. “Meet Maria” gets a donation.
2). Show the result, not just the need. Donors want to know their gift works.
Share the before AND after.
3). Make the ask easy and specific.
“$25 provides X” is better than “please donate.”
