If you’re a business owner, you know there are truly no days off. The work follows you everywhere, and it’s easy to let it take over everything, which is exactly why work life balance is so important to me, especially since having kids.

I am locked in as a mom, and my free time is spent with my kids. But after bedtime you may find me at Echostage (rave life), or typically out with friends because the DC/DMV restaurant scene is amazing. I also love pilates, @orangetheory, and my @onepeloton not only for physical health but mental health as well. Taking time for myself makes me not only a better mom but a better provider as well.

Being a business owner is really hard, especially in this field, but I genuinely love my job and love the craziness. 🥹❤️
