EAT WELL. LIVE WELL. MOVE WELL. 🍓🥗🤍 Wellness is so much more than just the workouts we do. It’s about how we fuel our bodies, how we move, and the little choices we make every single day to feel our absolute best! I’ve always believed that taking care of your body is one of the greatest investments you can make in yourself. From prioritizing movement to fueling my body with foods that make me feel GOOD, it all goes hand in hand. I think social media has completely stopped being a place where we feel "free" and "authentic." If a video doesn't grab attention in its first 5 seconds, it isn't shown to almost 90% of our followers. There's this thing called the algorithm, and when you create content, you have to do what the algorithm wants, not what you or your followers want. I think we've all been affected by this to some degree. For example, last night I composed a melody with intense emotions. Today I filmed myself playing it so I wouldn't forget it, and my cat Burhan came over and listened. I wanted to share it, then I thought, "There's nothing eye-catching in this video, the algorithm will show it to very few people." So I decided not to post it. But then I thought: if I want to share this, and I'm not going to because it doesn't fit what the algorithm wants, then why is this my page? I think we just shouldn't care about it at all 🙂 I've been very stressed lately, struggling with so many things at once. I don't want to complain. Amid all my troubles, I just wanted to share a video of a few minutes at the piano, together with my dear cat Burhan 🤍
