Why would I even think about having surgery without prepping my entire household first?! 😂
My tummy tuck journey is about to begin, and this mama is going to be OUT for at least two weeks! (Really 6 but I’m hoping I can get back to myself around 2)😩 💕

✔️ Seasoned + prepped meat and froze it so my husband can cook without a second thought
✔️ Put my hair in a protective styles
✔️ Miracle knots on my two oldest, done by me... lost the footage lol 🙈
✔️ Clean & prep bedding
✔️ Ordered & stocked necessities for the house & myself
✔️ and even snuck in a school trip volunteer day with the kids and spent quality time with the fam!

Can’t wait to get my surgery with @drfasusi !!

Okay..Anything I missed?!

Moms don’t get sick days... we PREP for them 💪

A Neanderthal who died 75,000 years ago may have been struck through the chest by a sharpened wooden spear.

And it’s possibly the earliest evidence of lethal violence involving such a weapon.

The archaeologists discovered a 15mm hole in a shoulder blade found in a cave in Iraqi Kurdistan.

They believe the spear entered the person's chest, passed through the body - probably damaging a lung and major blood vessels - and exited through the left shoulder blade.

Head to @BBCNews’s bio to find out why this suggests Neanderthals were more violent to each other than previously thought.

Wrestling owes you NOTHING , but gave me EVERYTHING 💜

10/13/2026 marks 8 years of me being a professional wrestler. In that time I got to meet some amazing people, travel the world, build my craft, buy a house, and make childhood me proud. Here’s to hopefully many more years of chaos and fun. Thank you to all who’ve joined my journey!
