@jennyaleroux sold her business at 80 to slow down. Then she started a new one. She launched JLR a line of classics made for women in their 70’s and 80’s! And she models every piece herself because she “would rather stand in front of the camera than hand the job to someone 30 years younger”. You are going to love my interview with Jenny. Greta Gerwig is raising questions about whether her upcoming ‘NARNIA’ adaptation will embrace its Christian roots. 🦁 👀

During a Q&A, Stephen Colbert specifically brought up C.S. Lewis’s Christian beliefs and asked how faith influenced her film.

Rather than directly addressing Christianity’s role in the adaptation, Gerwig shifted the conversation toward faith in filmmaking, describing the act of making movies as “an act of faith.”

For many fans, Christianity isn’t just another theme in Narnia. It’s fundamental to the world C.S. Lewis created.

Is Gerwig avoiding Narnia’s Christian identity in favor of a more universal message about faith? 👀
