Had been planning this for a few months, trying to control every little thing that I could without tipping her off. Somehow, even after she rearranged my luggage with the ring hidden inside it, I actually managed to pull it off!!

Saturday night, during GRiZ’s Chasing the Golden Hour set at the Seven Stars festival, while a GRiZ remix of “Sunflower” played, I found the perfect opportunity and an incredibly kind stranger to capture the moment for us.

Tatiana had absolutely no idea! She was shocked and then unbelievably happy.

Oh, and she said YES!!

I still don’t think I’ve fully come back down to Earth. I’m so incredibly happy that I get to call my best friend and the love of my life my FIANCÉE!!!

I love you so much, T! My fiancée! Still getting used to that.
