I used to go to every opening day Notre Dame game with my dad before I turned 18 and he said I had to pay my way. I was like O HELL NO. But what memories. My dad went to Notre Dame and wanted me to, but I ended up being in hardcore bands instead haha. My bestfriend of 26 years Colin who passed away in 2018, was also a huge Irish and Notre Dame enthusiast because his dad also went to Notre Dame with my dad. His dad's name is Mike and so is my dad's haha. So we had this huge connection with our families and also with Notre dame and Irish tradition. I'm very seasoned in cultures at this point in my life because of all the different places I've lived and emerged myself in. And assimilated to THEIR culture. All types of cultures and races. It's hard to put a pin point on who I am. Haha
