Following Parvin Sir’s mantra of no banned drugs, I trained for only 8 months and got double bronze medals at the 2025 Asians held in Ajman. Zero drugs. Only hard work. Real athletes don’t need to rely on banned substances to help them win. The greatest honor was receiving a medal from Parvin Sir and one from Preeti Ma’am. ❤️
