For years, our industry praised burnout, non-stop hustle, and taking on every inquiry that hit your inbox.
But. inside our rooms, the tone has completely changed.
Founders are admitting that endless revenue doesn't matter if you don't have a life outside your business.
Building for longevity means choosing clients who energize you and setting boundaries that protect your capacity.

More founders are starting to ask a different question: what is all of this actually making room for?

Because building a successful business means something different when there’s no time or energy left to enjoy the life outside of it.

One member said it best: “Quality of life is the metric now, not revenue.” Maybe the goal isn’t to do more. Maybe it’s to build something you can actually sustain.
