In 2015 I made this film in Tokyo with kendama players from around the world. The idea was to have foreign players say Japanese words and have Japanese players say the english translation. Having fun with language and learning something new in the process. In the end no matter what language you speak we all say KENDAMA. As I head back to Tokyo to MC the event I look back at this video and think about how far we have come as a culture. Thank you to everyone who has ever supported kendama.
