THE SCIENCE OF BECOMING HER: SELF-CARE & NEUROPLASTICITY 🧠 comment AFFIRMATIONS for my rewiring playlist 🔗 Beauty is not just something you see. It is something you experience, practise and reinforce. Even if you just have 30 seconds, those 30 seconds matter. One of the most fascinating things about the brain is its ability to change through repeated experiences, a process known as neuroplasticity. Every time you intentionally take care of yourself, whether that's doing your skincare, nourishing your body, moving with intention or simply keeping a promise to yourself, you're reinforcing behaviours that can gradually become part of your identity. Our brains learn through repetition. The more consistently we practise a behaviour, the more natural and automatic it can become. Applying your lip balm, brushing your hair, moisturising your hands or taking a moment to yourself may seem insignificant, but these small rituals are opportunities to practise showing up for yourself. It's not about having an elaborate routine or expensive products. It's about consistently treating yourself as someone worthy of care, time and attention. Over time, these repeated actions can strengthen your habits, self-trust and the way you relate to yourself. The real glow-up isn't just about changing your appearance. It's about creating daily evidence that you are someone worth investing in. #glowuptips #glowups #glowupthreads #gratefulmindset #healthyhabitsforlife

200🥇 and 2 😜 It’s so hard to explain or put into words. But here is what I do know: None of this happens without my support system! Mom, Dad… this journey has been one in a million. Every kid deserves parents as supportive as you. To my other family and friends, you know who you are! Your support means the world ❤️ My teammates… LITERALLY this doesn’t happen without all of you. There is no I in TEAM 🙌 Every medal has been so special! To my team… you’ve seen the behind the scenes. The good, bad, and ugly. But stepped up for every moment in every tournament. I’m so grateful! To the @ppatour ... When people talk about where pickleball has been and where it is headed, it’s the work we are doing together that they are talking about! My sponsors… @nike @franklinpickleball @ultabeauty @pillaperformanceeyewear @drinkvital1 . I’m proud to be partners with such outstanding groups. And to the INCREDIBLE FANS… I LOVE YOU!!! You are the spirit, energy, and heartbeat of pickleball. These tournaments are so special to play in because of you. Every cheer, high five, and clap fuels us in ways you can’t imagine. To many more! - ALW 🫶
Instamart is giving Dandiya a new twist this Navratri with its “Digi Dandiya” campaign. No partner to play with? No plans to step out? Just send in your picture, and Instamart will give it a Dandiya partner. Through the campaign, Instamart is inviting people to DM their photos and become part of a Digi Dandiya celebration. With just 100 entries up for grabs, the idea puts a fun spin on the usual Navratri plans, making a spot on the Dandiya floor possible even from home. After Digi Snan, Instamart is back with another unexpected take on a familiar Indian tradition. “Digi Dandiya” shows how a simple, quirky idea can bring a fresh perspective to festive celebrations, one picture and one Dandiya move at a time.
