World karate championships Poland 🇵🇱 2026 cadet category Armenia 🇦🇲 vs Ukraine 🇺🇦 ✅ win Armenia 🇦🇲 vs India 🇮🇳 ✅ win Armenia 🇦🇲 vs Hong Kong 🇭🇰 ❌ lost Unfortunately, today didn’t go as we had hoped. Of course, we are far from satisfied with the result, but Anil fought with all her heart and gave everything she had on the court. We are proud of her fighting spirit and determination. We will keep pushing forward, stronger and more determined than ever. The journey continues!

A very raw morning with me. A lot of people think I have my sh*t together 24/7 but there are moments and days where I feel like I’m drowning trying to keep everything together & meet everyone’s needs❤️ My washing isn’t done. The house is up side down. I forgot to wash Peachy’s ballet outfit what I felt awful for😭 Just a bit of reality for you guys🫶🏼 I hope a lot of you can relate to this day in the life. Jeg har altid haft et kompliceret forhold til oktober. Kh. Karl-Johan.
For years, I knew something was wrong with my body. I went from doctor to doctor, trying to explain the pain and symptoms that were taking over my life, only to be told that nothing was wrong. Eventually, I was diagnosed with endometriosis and PCOS. Endometriosis meant surgery. I underwent excision surgery in 2023 to remove the disease tissue growing inside my body after years of pain and unanswered questions. It was a major moment in my life, both physically and emotionally. I finally had an explanation for what I had been experiencing, but surgery wasn’t the end of my health journey. Despite treatment, lifestyle changes, and continuing to search for answers, my symptoms persisted. The pain began affecting my entire body. Eventually, I was diagnosed with lupus, a serious autoimmune disease that can affect multiple organs and become life-threatening. Research has found associations between endometriosis and certain autoimmune diseases, including lupus, although we still have much to learn about why these conditions overlap. Living through this has made me think deeply about women’s health, the effects of chronic illness on the body, and how much we still don’t understand. Too many women are taught to normalize debilitating pain instead of being given answers, support, and appropriate care. I know how isolating it feels to fight for answers while trying to keep your life moving. I also know how fortunate I am to have a supportive family and access to medical care. Not everyone has those resources, and that is one of the reasons this matters so much to me. I used to think I’d wait until I had my health figured out before sharing my story. But I don’t want to wait for a perfect ending to start a conversation that needs to be happening now. I’m incredibly grateful to be getting involved with the Endometriosis Foundation and to contribute to the work being done around endometriosis awareness and women’s reproductive health. I’m excited to share more soon. For now, I wanted to start by sharing an overview of my story, because no woman should have to fight this hard to be heard. 💛
