How do you cope when growing your family doesn’t go as planned??? Salt water and Jesus. Plus an incredible support system of family and friends. We have had more than a few bumps throughout this journey and our TTC bingo card has filled up over the years. By my bathroom mirror I have Ephesians 3:20 posted as a daily reminder that God is working in my story daily.

God has the power to give His followers more than we even know how to ask for. His plan is so much greater than I can even comprehend or pray for (though I can try). We prayed for years for a baby and our son is so much better than I could have even imagined or known to pray for. I wouldn’t have even known the words to ask for him 6 years ago. He is the daily reminder that things work out the way they are meant to be.

I always say if you want to hear God laugh, tell him your plans (I thought I’d have 5 babies by now). But His plan is greater!

If you’ve made it this far you may be in a similar position and looking for answers or understanding. I don’t have it all figured out but I have learned some things over the last 6 years and I hope to share more to help others who may be walking a similar journey. I want to use our story for GOOD.
