YOA superyacht training

If you’re getting into the yachting industry, you’re going to hear the word "dockwalking" a LOT. But what actually is it? 🤔

Dockwalking is the process of physically walking down the docks in major yachting hubs (like Antibes, Monaco, or Palma) dressed in smart crew uniform, handing out your CV directly to Captains and Chief Stews.

Superyachts often need temporary day-workers or last-minute crew for charters. If you are qualified, on the dock, and ready to work, you can score a job on the spot!
