How many bottles of olive oil come from one tree?🫒
It’s one of the questions we’re often asked at food festivals and tastings, so we thought we’d answer it during our harvest🌿
The short answer? Not as many as you might think!
This particular tree gave us approximately 12kg of olives, which equates to roughly 2 litres of Extra Virgin Olive Oil - just four of our 500ml bottles.
Of course, every tree is different and we have many larger, more mature trees which give us considerably more olives and therefore many more bottles.
But that’s why every tree is so special to us, and every olive counts. It’s what makes every bottle of our olive oil so precious!🫒💚
