White — the color of purity, peace, and divine grace. May we find stillness within and walk each day with clarity, faith, and a heart filled with devotion.

This week’s split is all standing, so no getting up and down off the floor 🤍

After my second c-section, floor work was the part I dreaded most. Everything I found had me on my back, straining my neck, and I never had the energy to deal with that. So this week we keep it all on our feet, with nothing longer than 20 minutes.

It’s a week for the core strength that carries into everything else, like picking up your kids or just feeling steadier in your own body. Some days you’ll want the dumbbells, some days you’ll want the slow stretch, and all of it counts.

If you’re already a homie, you’ve got this week covered. If you’re not, comment TRIAL and I’ll send you the link to start your 7-day free trial inside GWJ Home 🤍

Safe to say I’ll be back next year
