It means the State is convening this with us — not watching from the side. A continental forum, held in Ibadan, backed by the government of the state hosting it.
The motto on that crest reads The Pacesetter. It has been there a long time. This is the kind of thing that keeps it true: three thousand founders, investors and operators from across the continent coming to Oyo State to talk about what it actually takes to build something here that crosses a border.
