What does posing mean to me?
.
It’s a way of telling people a story without opening your mouth.
It’s a way to show people how you’re feeling without speaking a word.
It’s a way to express an emotion that you can’t quite put into words.
.
No matter where you are in your bodybuilding journey, posing is a form of art that allows us to show people a different side to ourselves that we might never be able to speak into existence or know how too.
.
When you pose, stick some headphones on and forget about the world for 5 minutes. Let yourself flow, and yes it might seem silly in the moment but it’ll help you find out how YOU want to pose.

Lauren is speaking out on the drama surrounding Baddies USA Chapter 3, calling out Dava for allegedly starting beef with Summer and Fania unprovoked just for a storyline. Lauren questioned Dava’s loyalty, claiming she’s not a girl’s girl, and added that she never made a scene after being informed that Dava was hanging out with her opp, Cerose.

Lauren also cleared the air about where she stands with Baby Tyson, insisting there’s no beef between them and that she still has love for her. However, she revealed she unfollowed Tyson because she wasn’t texting her back.

With the Baddies USA Chapter 3 drama already brewing, it looks like there’s plenty to unpack before the new season even gets underway. What are y’all thoughts on Lauren’s comments about Dava and Tyson? 👀🔥💥

*Life Update* 🌍✈️🥹

We don’t really stop anymore. We don’t tune in, we don’t rest, we don’t heal. One decade fades into the next, and each new chapter begins before we’ve even sat with what happened in the last.

As I think about my own next chapter (hopefully motherhood 🥹), I’ve found myself looking back over the last 20 years. When my mum passed, grief wasn’t really spoken about, so I never learnt how to process it. As the eldest, I learnt to stay strong instead. I buried my feelings under achievements, goals and doing, and I never stopped long enough to feel any of it.
This year, I realised something had to change. So I booked a 4-month solo trip. I’ve never travelled alone, didn’t know anyone who had, and was honestly nervous af.

When Nim left me after my birthday in Bali, I had a major ‘wtf am I doing?!’ moment. But I haven’t looked back since.

3 countries down, 7 to go, and it’s already been the best thing I’ve ever done. For the first time in a long time, I’ve slowed down. I’ve cried. I’ve processed things I’ve carried for years. I’ve laughed. I’ve made friends. I’ve connected deeper to my spiritual side. I’ve actually had space to think. When was the last time you had time to sit with your thoughts, past your never-ending to-do list? Solo travel has given me a peace, confidence and happiness I genuinely wasn’t expecting.

I’m so grateful to Nim for supporting me in doing something so unconventional, keeping our home and business going and for understanding why it matters so much to me ❤️

I wasn’t sure whether to share this, or the reason behind it. But if it resonates with even one of you, I hope it reminds you that you don’t have to follow the ‘norm’. We live in a world that constantly tells us to do more or to conform, and it’s okay to challenge that. To slow down. To process. To play. To put yourself first.

And to anyone who’s been through childhood grief or trauma, this is your reminder to make time for the little you who showed up in ways no child should have to, and who got you to where you are today 🤍
