My sincere appreciation to Paniz and our team for opening this important discussion. I believe a free, secular, and democratic Iran can contribute to peace and stability through a foreign policy grounded in our national interests, respect for the sovereignty of other nations, and constructive international cooperation. Building that future requires accountable institutions, respect for human rights, and sustained diplomacy. The Iranian people deserve freedom, dignity, and the opportunity to shape their own future.

O Iranians, O children of this ancient land, and O people of the world who possess an active mind, a youthful heart, a listening ear, a seeing eye, an eloquent tongue, and a capable hand — know and be aware that, as witnessed by the bitter and arduous years that have passed over us, the continuation of this regime and this diabolical and tyrannical banner shall perpetually bring destruction, misery, ruin, fear, anguish, contempt, sorrow, torment, suffering, oppression, chaos, plunder, harm, suppression, wounds, torture, massacre, and more upon Iran, its people, and its neighbors. Therefore, a singular will must rise and emerge — from the heart of Iran to every corner of the world — to overthrow and put an end to these forces of darkness and tyranny, so that Iranians may at last attain freedom, liberation, tranquility, prosperity, goodness, joy, health, and happiness.

أيها الإيرانيون، يا أبناء هذه الأرض العريقة، وأيتها النفوس في أرجاء المعمورة ممن تحملون فكراً متوقداً، وقلباً فتياً، وأذناً واعية، وعيناً بصيرة، ولساناً فصيحاً، ويداً قادرة؛ اعلموا وكونوا على يقين — وشاهدنا على ذلك ما مضى علينا من سنوات مرّة وعسيرة — أن بقاء هذا النظام وهذه الراية الشيطانية الطاغوتية لن يجلب إلا الدمار والشقاء والفساد والخوف والهلع والإهانة والحزن والأذى والمعاناة والظلم والفوضى والنهب والخسران والقمع والجراح والتعذيب والقتل وما لا يُحصى من الويلات على إيران وأبنائها وجيرانها. فلا بد إذن من إرادة واحدة موحّدة، تنبثق من أعماق أرض إيران وتمتد إلى أصقاع الدنيا، تسعى إلى اقتلاع هؤلاء الشياطين والطغاة والقضاء عليهم، حتى ينعم الإيرانيون بالحرية والانعتاق والطمأنينة والعمران والخير والفرح والعافية والسعادة.

Ô Iraniens, ô enfants de cette terre ancestrale, et vous, hommes et femmes du monde entier, qui portez en vous une pensée vive, un cœur ardent, une oreille attentive, un regard clairvoyant, une langue éloquente et une main vaillante ; sachez et prenez bien conscience que, selon le témoignage des années amères et douloureuses qui nous ont traversés, la perpétuation de ce régime et de cet étendard démoniaque et tyrannique continuera d'engendrer, sur l'Iran et son peuple ainsi que sur ses voisins, destruction, misère, corruption, terreur, angoisse, outrage, affliction, persécution, souffrance, oppression, chaos, pillage, préjudice, répression, blessure, torture, massacre et bien davantage encore. Aussi doit s'élever et se manifester une volonté unique, du cœur de la terre d'Iran jusqu'aux quatre coins du monde, pour renverser et mettre un terme au règne de ces forces démoniaques et tyranniques.

O Iraner, o Söhne und Töchter dieses uralten Landes, und o ihr Menschen der Welt, die ihr einen wachen Geist, ein mutiges Herz, ein offenes Ohr, ein sehendes Auge, eine beredte Zunge und eine starke Hand besitzt — wisset und seid euch dessen bewusst: Wie die bitteren und schweren Jahre, die über uns hinweggegangen sind, bezeugen, bringt das Fortbestehen dieses Regimes und dieser teuflischen und tyrannischen Herrschaft weiterhin nichts als Vernichtung, Elend, Verderben, Angst, Beklemmung, Schmähung, Trauer, Qual, Leid, Unterdrückung, Chaos, Plünderung, Schaden, Niederschlagung, Wunden, Folter, Mord und Massaker über Iran, die Iraner und ihre Nachbarn. Daher muss ein einiger, unerschütterlicher Wille — vom Herzen Irans bis in jeden Winkel der Welt — erstehen und sich erheben, um diese Gewaltherrschaft zu stürzen und ein für allemal zu beenden. Auf dass die Iraner zu Freiheit, Befreiung, Frieden, Wohlstand, Güte, Freude, Gesundheit und Glück gelangen mögen.
