This October, we’re celebrating the season by learning how to make it last.
As part of the Harvest Festival, Um Mami and @global_diversity Foundation invite you to an Apple Preservation Workshop exploring preservation and fermentation through simple, practical techniques inspired by Morocco’s autumn harvest.
The morning will also open a conversation around seasonality, biodiversity and responsible food practices, before ending around the table with a seasonal sharing-style lunch prepared by the Um Mami team.
