There are very few people who have shown up for me in life the way this man has. ❤️

I remember one of the hardest seasons of my life. I called him, and the moment he picked up and heard my voice, he asked, “Are you home? I’m coming.”

He showed up without asking what had happened, without needing an explanation. He came, stayed with me for an entire week, and made sure I was okay before he left.

That’s Delight for you. A man who doesn’t just say he cares but shows up when it matters most. And that’s only one of the many times he has been there for me.

On your birthday, my prayer for you is this: May you experience the same love, kindness, and unwavering support you have so freely given to others. May life bring you men who will show up for you, stand by you, and hold you up in your own difficult seasons. May you never lack the kind of people who make life easier simply by being present.
