SO excited to finally announce I’ve partnered with @oxyshred 💕⚡️ As a full time athlete, I’m super careful about what goes into my body. So this had to be a brand I actually believe in. OxyShred is the #1 functional energy brand in Australia, and it’s now making big moves in the US!! What sold me? The science. OxyShred is backed by 3 independent university studies and is clinically proven. It provides functional, metabolic energy through L-Carnitine & ATP production which is perfect for how I train, perform and feel every day. So hyped to have you along for this journey 🫶🏼 Wanna give it a try? Hit the link in my bio to try OxyShred for FREE 💗
So as you all know people have doubted me on my physique journey, but seeing this picture of me on my wedding day makes me realise how far I’ve actually come 🥹🤍 @jon_jkphysique and I have been working so hard on my nutrition, he keeps me very accountable and challenges me, that’s hit style… and seeing the results makes me happy . It’s not about being skinny, it’s about feeling healthy, happy and confident in myself, if you need help please message Jon 🙏🏼 So proud of how far I’ve come and we’re only just getting started ❤️✨ The morning of my wedding this picture was taken 🤍🤍

Ensimmäinen on nimittäin näin lukijatutkijankin näkökulmasta totta.
Imagine if I never bought the flight… . . My journey to getting on Survivor spans YEARS… and so many moments of PUTTING MYSELF OUT THERE, like this one. My best friends all encouraged me to do this live casting call EVEN THOUGH IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DOING THR MOST. That was kinda the point. What I don’t show in this video is that on the plane ride there I was fighting through so much self doubt. So I spent the entire plane ride journaling to that doubt. I reminded myself: If I don’t believe I can do this… WHY WOULD CASTING BELIEVE IT??? And then I showed up and had to make a cut through line move in order to do my pitch 🤣 When I think back to this casting call experience, I think about how I proved to MYSELF how badly I wanted this. . Yall came along for the journey with me and I can’t quite express what that means to me. WHO’S TUNING IN TO @survivorcbs TONIGHT???!!??
