DIEGO A . ÁLVAREZ SANÓU

Dancer teacher choreographer with a long carrier in the field on Contemporary dance. Over 20 years he have being working on / out of stage as performer, choreographer and teacher for different institutions and spaces dedicated to the formation of new dancer/performers. Develop his studies and the beginning of his carrier’s in Costa Rica, dancing for company Los Denmedium, teaching and developing pedagogic program from 2005 till 2009 for Conservatory El Barco, place where he studied.
Around 2007 start collaboration with artists from Europe and get him to work with artists like Milan Tomasik & Co. (Slovenia-Slovakia), Ultima Vez/Wim Vandekeybus
(Belgium), Anton Lachky (Slovakia-Belgium) and independent choreographers and dancer from different countries.
In Costa Rica, together with Adrian Arriaga began the project Colectivo Clá with whom perform and teach in different countries from America, Europe, Asia and was awarded “Best Dance company 2014”.
With his brothers he started different collaborative projects within the project called Tres Hermanos and create the International festival REVES.
