Happy Birthday to my beautiful wife, Alexis!

My soulmate, my best friend, and my favourite person in the world. I’m so grateful I get to do this life with you, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. You make every day better just by being you, and there’s nobody else I’d rather share this crazy, beautiful journey with. 🥹❤️

I’m so lucky to call you my wife, and I can’t wait for all the memories, adventures, and years we still have ahead of us.

I love you three thousand, always and forever - Happy Birthday, my love! 🥂🎂😘

Most people think reflux is just “too much acid.”

It’s not.

A huge part of it is a weak LES… the valve between your stomach and esophagus that’s supposed to keep acid down.

Mine was so weak that even water caused reflux.

Here are the things that helped me strengthen it the most 👇

1: Choline → Acetylcholine → Stronger LES

One of the biggest things people miss.

Choline helps your body produce acetylcholine… a neurotransmitter heavily involved in muscle contraction and LES function.

Eggs/ Liver are one of the best sources.

And if you’re deficient? That area gets weaker over time.

2: Fix nutrient deficiencies

Low magnesium, zinc, B vitamins, electrolytes… all affect muscle strength, nerve signaling, digestion, and reflux.

This is why some people keep getting symptoms even after “eating healthy.”

Your body can’t hold that valve shut properly if it lacks the raw materials.

3: Extended exhale breathing

This was one of the first things that gave me relief.

Longer exhales calm the nervous system, reduce pressure patterns around the stomach, and improve vagus nerve signaling… which directly affects the LES.

Simple… but powerful.

4: Diaphragmatic + pursed lip breathing

This is more advanced.

Don’t do this while actively burning or refluxing badly.

Use it once symptoms calm down and you want to strengthen the area further.

This builds better diaphragmatic pressure and strengtns around the LES.

5: Stop “managing” stress. Start strengthening yourself.

Stress will always exist.

Suffering unnecessarily and staying constantly dysregulated is optional.

Aggressively cut down unnecessary stress, negativity, doom scrolling, toxic people, and habits that keep your nervous system weak.

And at night… melatonin + L-theanine can help a lot, especially if your symptoms get worse when anxious or sleep deprived.

Drop a 🤍 and comment “STRONG LES” if you want the free training on how to strengthen your les with step by step guidance!

This is something that has already helped thousands!!
