Biddy turns ONE today!! 🎂💜

Putting this post together has been SO reflective, remembering all that I HAVE achieved, when it’s so easy to focus on where you WISH you were or THINK you should be.

I’ve done all of this with my baby at home with me for the most part. It hasn’t all been easy, so swipe for the real version!!

Thank you 🫶 to every woman who has been a part of this journey, trusted me with your wellbeing, come to my events and cheered me on 🥹.

Here’s to year two, and to more women discovering that ambition and wellbeing CAN coexist. LFG!!! 🚀❤️‍🔥
