After a decade of supporting thousands of driven women through overwhelm, stress, anxiety and burnout (and experiencing it myself), I knew we needed something different. So I created Biddy - where I teach ambitious women to thrive and transform overwhelm through holistic mind-body tools. No more choosing between your ambition and your wellbeing. The question I hear most in the coaching room: is it anxiety? Perimenopause? ADHD? Or do I just need a nap? 🤷🏻‍♀️

If you’ve ever read a symptom list and thought “yep, that’s me” about ALL of them, swipe through 👉🏽 Brain fog, can’t focus, exhausted, short fuse, overwhelmed … there are SO many overlaps, of course we’re all confused!!

I’m not here to diagnose (that’s one for your GP or another qualified health professional, and yes, it can be more than one).

But whatever’s going on, looking after your nervous system and building your capacity is ALWAYS a good idea 🫶

Want to understand what’s actually going on in your nervous system + how to care for it?! Join my FREE masterclass, Nervous System 101, on 3 December 🌟 Comment or DM me MASTERCLASS and I’ll send you the link 💌

Ambitious + running on fight/flight or survival mode? 🙋🏼‍♀️

These are the tools that actually changed that for me, and the ones I teach every woman I work with!!

Comment or DM me GUIDE and I’ll send you my Nervous System Cheat Sheet: wired, overwhelmed, flat or shut down, what’s really going on and what to do in each 💜

Biddy turns ONE today!! 🎂💜

Putting this post together has been SO reflective, remembering all that I HAVE achieved, when it’s so easy to focus on where you WISH you were or THINK you should be.

I’ve done all of this with my baby at home with me for the most part. It hasn’t all been easy, so swipe for the real version!!

Thank you 🫶 to every woman who has been a part of this journey, trusted me with your wellbeing, come to my events and cheered me on 🥹.

Here’s to year two, and to more women discovering that ambition and wellbeing CAN coexist. LFG!!! 🚀❤️‍🔥

Ever wonder why you’re absolutely exhausted but somehow at 10pm you’re suddenly like… THIS is my time 💀

Ten more minutes of TikTok, one more episode, a little online shopping, literally anything except going to sleep.

You’re annoyed at yourself because you KNOW you’re tired 😭

But maybe it’s not that you need to be more disciplined, maybe you just haven’t had enough time for yourself during the day.

A bit of fun, exercise, being alone and not stimulated, seeing your friends, actually switching off…

Sometimes the things we’re trying to squeeze in at the end of the day are just needs that haven’t been met earlier in the day.

So instead of asking yourself “why can’t I just go to sleep??” maybe ask “what am I trying to get at night that I’m not getting during the day?” That might give you a very different answer 🫶

The wellness industry might have made you feel like looking after yourself is complicated and a luxury, but some of the most potent practices for your nervous system are free and take about five minutes 🫶 let’s make wellness simple again ✌🏼

Save this for the next time you need a reset 💜

Things I get my clients to do Part 2 🌟👉🏽

A collection of VERY strategic practices that and can completely shift how you feel and show up 🫶

Because if your version of success involves eating at your desk (or skipping lunch altogether), ignoring your body’s cues, constantly being stimulated, never having time to see your friends or not making time for yourself … we need to talk 💜

Let me know what slide you needed to hear!👇🏽

Here’s the physiological sigh: 2 inhales through the nose, 1 loooong exhale through the mouth. That’s it - to help when you’re feeling a bit 🌪️

I still get dysregulated ALL the time - this is just one of the powerful tools that gets me back in my body when it happens. Not because I'm calm 24/7, but because I've got a toolkit 🫶

Save this for when you need it!
