Saw this little lady hiking up to Stuibenfall in Austria and was genuinely terrified 😆

Just imagine you are walking here at night and have no clue that the person isn't real.

Comment DIGEST if you constantly feel bloated.

If you’re lifting, hitting your protein goals, and still feeling heavy or bloated, it’s not something you’re doing wrong. It’s your body asking for support.

As we age, our digestive enzyme production naturally declines. That means food, especially protein, doesn’t get broken down as efficiently. And when food isn’t broken down properly, it sits longer in your gut. That’s when you get that tight, swollen, uncomfortable feeling.

It’s not about eating less.
It’s about breaking down what you’re already eating.

Digestive enzymes help your body:
- break food into smaller particles
- absorb nutrients more efficiently
- reduce that “food just sitting there” feeling

For me, that was the missing piece. I didn’t need less protein. I needed to actually use it.

Comment DIGEST and I’ll send you the ones I take.
