“This is how they’ve made us addicted...” 😳 Comment “watch” and we’ll personally send you this episode!! @drsaharyousef explains how social media apps are designed to keep us scrolling, using a psychological trick that makes it almost impossible to look away. She breaks down how platforms use intermittent rewards to keep us hooked, holding back the content we really want until we’re about to leave. Just as we’re ready to close the app, it serves up something we’re genuinely interested in, giving us another reason to stay. With endless scrolling, bright colours and a constant stream of short-form videos, she compares the experience to a casino, where every swipe keeps us hoping the next one will be worth it. How much of your screen time is really your choice?

The first ever Frame Your Legacy Exhibition was a success! 9-20-26 is a day that will go down in history. I am so thankful for my family and friends who popped out for me. Frame Your Legacy started as a slogan and turned into a dream to have my work in people’s homes, and now umbrella for events, films, books, and more. Frame Your Legacy was an example of doing it yourself. I applied to jobs, exhibitions, grants, and workshops to with the hope of fufilling a dream to finally be appreciated and validated for what I do. When that fell through, Frame Your Legacy became a platform to share my skills in my own way that evoked my visual voice, brought community together, and created a physical place for others to experience art and meet new artist. Until next time!

Guys I recently happened upon all of this footage from last October when I got to meet the Winchesters and forgot I filmed all of this because as you can see I blacked out! I barely had any time to get ready I wish I was able to properly do my hair but I still got a compliment from the hair icon himself! Thanks so much to @creationent for having me!
Tesla’s late-night demonstration in Waco, Texas, certainly gave some corners of the internet what it wants. And the gushing praise and wide-eyed reactions on X, a platform already predisposed to absolving Musk of all his sins, were hard to avoid. Taken purely as a stunt, the demo was jaw-dropping. Equipping an electric supercar with 600 liters of compressed air, 10 directional cold-gas thruster nozzles, and a 2G suction-fan system directly inspired by SpaceX is undeniably rad. Seeing a 0-to-60 mph launch in under a second pushes the absolute outer limits of physics — even if it could lead to a detached retina or two. Yet, calling this a “car reveal” or even viewing the flying Roadster as a real product, in the sense that it can be purchased by an unaffiliated third-party for private ownership, stretches the definition beyond recognition.
