Make slow cooker dump bags with me 🥰🥘 one of my favourite life hacks, especially when pregnant/postpartum or just generally busy! All recipes below, lmk your faves + what other dump bags we should do 🤤

Comment LINK for my slow cooker! (the best on the market imo! you can sear/saute/bake/slow cook + SO much more all in the same pot)

🤍 CREAMY CHICKEN, LEEK + PARMESAN RICE
700g chicken thighs, 2 sliced leeks, 3 crushed garlic cloves, 1 tsp each Dijon + thyme, 180ml chicken stock.
LOW 5–6h. Shred chicken; add 120ml double cream, ½ cup grated Parmesan + 1 cup frozen peas. HIGH 20–30 mins. Stir through separately cooked rice (1¼ cups dry).

🤎 BEEF + ONION CASSEROLE
800g stewing beef, 2 sliced onions, 3 finely chopped carrots, 3 crushed garlic cloves, 2 tbsp tomato purée, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp thyme, 240ml beef stock.
LOW 8–10h until tender. Add 1 tbsp cornflour mixed with 1 tbsp cold water; HIGH 20–30 mins. Serve with buttery mash.

🧡 CREAMY BUTTER CHICKEN
700g chicken thighs, 1 diced onion, 3 crushed garlic cloves, 1 tbsp grated ginger, 1½ tsp garam masala, 1 tsp each cumin + mild paprika, 2 tbsp tomato purée, 400ml passata.
LOW 5–6h. Stir in 120ml double cream + 2 tbsp butter; heat through 15–20 mins. Serve with rice + naan.

🤍 CREAMY BEEF STROGANOFF
800g stewing beef, 1 sliced onion, 250g sliced mushrooms, 3 crushed garlic cloves, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp each Dijon + paprika, 180ml beef stock.
LOW 8–10h until tender. Add 1 tbsp cornflour mixed with 1 tbsp cold water; HIGH 20–30 mins. Stir in 180ml full-fat crème fraîche; LOW 10–15 mins. Serve with rice or tagliatelle.

🍝 HIDDEN VEG BOLOGNESE
500g mince, 1 diced onion, 1 carrot, 1 celery stick, ½ pepper, 100g mushrooms, 3 crushed garlic cloves, 400g tinned tomatoes, 2 tbsp tomato purée, 1 tsp each oregano + basil, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce.
Pulse veg finely. On cooking day, sear mince using the slow cooker’s sear setting, then add remaining ingredients; LOW 6–8h. Serve with pasta + cheese.
