🗣️ @jonas.urbig: It was positive that we came back again, but we’ll analyse the game and don’t have much time to think about it. It’s only a few days until the next match.
Comment “pregnancy core” and I’ll send you the plan that will keep your core strong and your postnatal recovery quick + successful Because your midwife is trained to look after your baby and your birth I am trained to look after you and your body through this journey to motherhood Midwives are amazing, but they are not trained in any pre or postnatal fitness, which is why they can’t give you any help when you ask them about exercise I am. I’m a fully qualified personal trainer AND specialise in pregnancy fitness and postnatal recovery as well as deep core strength and rehabilitation I’m also a mum-of-two and have gone through this process twice myself I wish I lived round the corner from you so I could come and give you 121 sessions everyday But the reality is, I don’t AND you’d only need me for 10 minutes a day anyway! It’s why I created PREGNANCY CORE - a 21 day core challenge for pregnancy Deep core exercises in 10 minute sessions that will help you have a strong core, strong pelvic floor and strong abs in pregnancy - and postnatally too All doable at home or in the gym - it’s just 10 minutes so it’s totally easy to fit into your day - no matter what your energy levels Comment “pregnancy core” and ill send you the link - one off payment of £29.99 for lifetime access
It’s so easy to sit behind a screen and judge someone when you only see a tiny part of their life. But behind every post is a real person. Someone who’s probably questioned themselves a hundred times before putting something out there. Someone who’s had moments of self doubt, been scared of what people might think, but decided to go for it anyway. Whether she’s starting a business, speaking out about something she believes in, chasing a dream or simply finding the confidence to be herself. Sometimes the things people are so quick to criticise are the very things that took someone the most courage to do. I’ve learnt that you never really know what someone has been through to get to where they are. So be the girl who celebrates other women. Leave the nice comment. Share her work. Tell her she’s smashing it. Because there’s enough judgement in this world already, and supporting another woman will never take anything away from you. ❤️
