I am sharing this recording because I believe my children’s safety, their voices, and their right to have a relationship with their father deserve to be taken seriously.
In this recording, my daughter is accused of breaking the rules simply because she wanted to continue communicating with me, her father. What I witnessed left me deeply concerned about how my children are being treated.
Since July 1, I have been fighting to protect my three children and preserve our relationship.
Two requests for temporary orders of protection involving their maternal grandparents have been denied by Judge RIENNE MCELYEA, despite the serious concerns I have raised and blood found in my daughters urine from suspected sexual abuse. Those denials do not erase my concerns or my responsibility to continue seeking answers.
What makes this even more heartbreaking is that there is another option.
Our family has a vacant, fully furnished, four-bedroom home in Belgrade, Montana. My children could be living there with their mother, in a home with room for all three of them, rather than remaining in a living arrangement about which I have repeatedly raised safety concerns.
I am not asking anyone to take allegations as proven facts. I am asking that the evidence be examined, that my children’s safety be independently assessed, and that their voices be heard.
Wanting to speak to your father should never be a reason for a child to be punished.
I love my children. I miss them every day. And I will continue advocating for their safety, their well-being, and their right to be loved without fear.
Please help keep attention on the need for a fair, thorough, and independent examination of these concerns.

I'll never understand how a parent can do this to their child😢 When I broke up with my child's father many years ago, i gave him the choice weather he wanted to be in her life and I was so happy he did cause all children Need Both of their parents. This is completely selfish on their part. Them poor kids😢 Stop doing this shit to Your babies because it only hurts them more. I pray things get better for you dad🙏🙏🙏

Wow. I don’t know how anyone can watch this and hears an eight-year-girl girl get hit like that by someone who is not their parent and listen as she begs for mercy and crying out “no” and say what you just said. She’s obviously in physical pain. It’s sad that you would not only disregard a child’s suffering but then take the time time write a paragraph in the comments to try and convince the rest of the viewers that my child’s suffering isn’t relevant to them either. Your pretty motivated silence child suffering. If you’re not a divorce attorney already posting behind a catfish profile (which I think is a logical theory) than you really should think about perusing a career in destroying people’s families for money. You have the temperament for it. Thanks for your comment. That didn't show what u think it does. Kids says dad has no rules? Ur allowed to talk 2 the kids about kid stuff. As soon as u started verbally attacking the adult the phone shoulda been hung up. Imagine how insufferable u are if they rather live there then "your" house. Looks like ya lost control over something ya never really had any in. This recording displays u causing distress aka hatm 2 children
