Samsung is putting digital dollars on 82 million Galaxy phones. Go to coinpicks.app or tap the link in my bio to learn how to use digital dollars and crypto the right way. Starting the last week of October, eligible Galaxy users in the US will be able to hold USDC right inside Samsung Wallet. USDC is a stablecoin, a digital dollar from Circle built to stay worth one dollar. It’s the same app your credit cards are already in. You don’t need to download a separate crypto app, and you don’t have to manage your own private keys. You’ll be able to send money to bank accounts in more than 60 countries, and the person on the other end gets their own local currency. So if you send money home to family every month, this is aimed right at you. Samsung isn’t the bank, and it doesn’t hold your money. Bastion, a licensed custodian overseen by US regulators, runs the accounts. Coinbase keeps the USDC safe for Bastion. Solana and Sui are the networks it runs on. This didn’t come out of nowhere. On October 3rd, 2025, Samsung brought Coinbase One into Samsung Wallet for 75 million US users. Now it’s putting the dollar itself in there. Sending USDC to another crypto wallet is free on Samsung’s side, though the other side might charge. Bank transfers do have fees, and Samsung shows you the fee before you confirm. The future’s changing right in front of you. Follow for the next one.
SHORT BOX ABS & HAMSTRINGS! 💪🏻🔥 A little change in box placement can make a BIG difference! Placing the short box in front of the footbar means you’re already working against spring tension, so keep that in mind when choosing your springs. I’m on one blue spring here. I love this setup for a few reasons! First, it gives you the option to work on your forearms, which can be a great modification for those with shoulder issues. The box sits slightly lower than the footbar, which may feel more comfortable and supported. Then we move into that hamstring bridge! Push out against the spring, then resist the pull as you bring the carriage back in. It’s all about control, resistance and finding variations that work for the body in front of you. Would you try this variation? Thoughts? Want to do the FULL workout with me? Join me on @pilatesbarreondemand! Comment TRIAL below and we’ll send you a link to try it for FREE! Maturity is realizing Damon is the way he is because he was raised by his father, while Stefan is the way he is because, in many ways, he was raised by Damon. The Vampire Diaries spent years showing us the complicated relationship between Damon and Stefan Salvatore, but Season 6, Episode 15, “Let Her Go,” makes their childhood dynamic hit differently. In a flashback to their mother’s funeral, young Stefan is only ten years old. Their father, Giuseppe Salvatore, has told him that they are not supposed to cry. Damon immediately rejects that idea, telling his little brother that he is allowed to cry if he wants to. Then he takes off his own tie, gives it to Stefan, and helps him get ready. It is such a small moment, but it says everything. Damon grew up under a harsh father who taught him to bury vulnerability, while Stefan had an older brother standing between him and some of that cruelty. Damon could be reckless, angry, and deeply self-destructive, but when Stefan was young, he was also the person trying to give him the kindness their father could not. Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley turned the Salvatore brothers into one of The Vampire Diaries’ most iconic relationships because underneath all the fighting, resentment, and supernatural chaos was a bond that started long before either of them became a vampire. Damon learned how to survive his father. Stefan learned how to survive because he had Damon. Save this scene or share it with someone who sees the Salvatore brothers completely differently after understanding their childhood.
