WWE star Montez Ford is facing a lawsuit after a security guard accused him of performing an unwanted sexualized dance in his face during a live episode of Monday Night Raw on Netflix. _______________ According to the lawsuit, Noel Lucas, an off-duty Cook County Sheriffโ€™s officer, was working security at an Illinois arena on July 6 when Ford allegedly approached him during his entrance and began thrusting and gyrating his hips directly in front of him without consent. _______________ Lucas claims the moment went viral, leaving him humiliated. He alleges strangers have since recognized him in public and mocked him by copying Fordโ€™s movements. He also claims his children have been bullied and ridiculed at school over the footage. _______________ Now, Lucas is suing both Ford and WWE for assault, battery, emotional distress and allegedly using his image commercially without permission. _______________ Heโ€™s seeking financial compensation and a court order preventing further unauthorized use of his identity.
