POV: you’re turning your seated cable rows into a full body workout… One of the biggest mistakes I see when people do cable rows is leaning too far backwards and using momentum to pull the weight towards them By swinging your body backwards, you’re relying on momentum rather than controlling the movement, which can take the focus away from your back and make it harder to get the most out of each rep You don’t need to throw your whole body into the movement to get a good back workout! Keep your torso relatively stable, your core engaged and focus on pulling the handle towards you with control, rather than rocking backwards with every rep! If you have to lean back and use momentum to move the weight, it’s probably a sign that you need to lower it! Next time you do cable rows, try dropping the weight slightly and focusing on controlled reps. You might be surprised by how much better you feel your back working💪🏼 @gymshark dc EMILYFIT10 #fitnessmotivation #workouttips #fitnessgirl #girlswholift formtip
Quarterly Reset 🤍✨ Because apparently organizing the pantry once doesn’t mean it stays organized. Who knew? 🤣 A little decluttering, a few new organization baskets from @wayfair and suddenly we’re functioning like responsible adults again. Nothing Pinterest-perfect over here. Just real life, real groceries, and a pantry that finally makes sense again. Let’s see if we can make it another three months. 🤭 Grace over perfection. Always. 🤍 . . . l i n k in 🏡 highlight 🏷️ Wayfair | Wayfair Finds | Pantry Organization | Wayfair Creator | pantry reset | spoonie | Utah content creator | digital creator | UGC content creator | SLC creator #Wayfair #WayfairFinds #PantryOrganization #ad #WayfairCreator
I Had S+x With My Ex-Wife 36 Times in Two Weeks— 90 Day Fiancé Star Michael Ilesanmi Reveals Nigerian reality TV personality Michael Ilesanmi has opened up about his past intimate relationship with his ex-wife, Angela Deem, revealing that they once had s+x 36 times in two weeks. During a recent interview connected to the 90 Day Fiancé franchise, Ilesanmi recounted an encounter that occurred while they were filming 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days. He revealed that they once had s+x inside a car while the production crew travelled nearby, unaware of what the pair were doing. “I had s+x with my ex-wife in the car,” he said. “We were actually going to film, that was Before the 90 Days. “The crew van was right in front of us, and we were behind, and they had no idea. They were just driving.” Ilesanmi also spoke about how frequently they had s+x during their relationship, disclosing that they once had s+x 36 times within two weeks. “One time, we had s+x 36 times in two weeks. That’s like three times a day,” he said. The revelation comes after Ilesanmi finalised his divorce from Deem, his fellow cast member on the reality TV series. The former couple first met in 2018 during the second season of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days. Their relationship eventually led to marriage in 2020. In December 2023, Ilesanmi moved from Nigeria to the United States to live with Deem in Jefferson County, Georgia, marking a significant milestone in their relationship. However, their reunion did not last long. In 2024, just two months after Ilesanmi arrived in the United States, Deem reported him missing.

Did you know our original kitchen design was in black? True story- ask @quirke_design I adored the idea of a fully black kitchen but with complete classic detailing, the black I adored was @farrowandball “Off Black”… But I chickened out and went for @farrowandball “Whimbourne White” My thinking was that I should probably have a bright and airy space while my children are young and let’s face it, where I spend the majority of my time 🙈 I felt I could always paint it black in years to come when the house became an edgier place with teenagers and young adults (and possibly less finger prints 🤣) So while I was asking chat to show me a mock up of my original design I also thought sure feck it, show me it in my favourite pink- @farrowandball “Sulken Room Pink” and well now this was a very unexpected love from me! Look I don’t think my husband will ever agree to a pink kitchen, but a girl can dream! So guys I need to know- now that you see it differently- did I make the right decision? Ps I absolutely adore my kitchen and wouldn’t change it for the world… just yet 😜 #kitchendesign #kitcheninspo #chatgpt #interior
