AD- Apparently, video games are a workout now! 🎮😂 Katelyn discovered the PlayPop 8 from @blackview, and suddenly game time involves jumping, reaching, moving, and a whole lot of excitement! The best part? No controllers needed! The games respond to your body movements, turning screen time into active play. And here’s something parents will appreciate: a physical camera privacy cover that you can close when playtime is over. 🔒 🎁 Want to try it with your family? 🛒 https://geni.us/jLPXzhd 💰 Use code PLAYPOP20 for a special discount! #katelynmorganmoments #PlayPop8 #MotionGamingConsole #ActivePlay #FamilyFun

FLASHBACK FRIDAY! 💪🏽🏆 Oh, the memories! 1993❤️ The muscles, the medals, the moments! Looking back at this photo reminds me of a time when bodybuilding was my entire world. The training, the discipline, the sacrifices, and the incredible rewards. I had no idea where this journey would take me or how much it would shape the woman I am today. I’m going to start sharing some of my favorite memories from back in the day. Some you may remember, and others you may be seeing for the very first time! Who remembers this era of women’s bodybuilding? 👀 #FlashbackFriday #LendaMurray #MsOlympia #BodybuildingHistory #WomensBodybuilding BodybuildingLegend
