Researchers from the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) describe the Russia-Ukraine battlefield as a “live test site” for China’s military learning. The Washington-based research organization said in its report, "China is running the most systematic effort by any outside power to convert the Ukraine war’s lessons into military advantage, absorbing the errors of both sides."
