Arkansas, you’re up! Send @jonesforar to the House

Who are you choosing for cuffing season? 🤎 @ebonyhouseco @barbee.bandz @baddiee_vee_ @brazilianhottiiee

Going to preface this with... I feel fine, physically. Emotionally, that's a whole other story. I also want to say there are way worse health issues I could be dealing with and I recognize this. But you've probably noticed my absence on the news and heard my lovely teammates @doug.meehan and @katiee_t mention this morning that I will be out for a little while longer. In all honesty, I've been waiting for more answers myself but here's what I can answer for you:

Q: Where have you been?
A: On prescribed vocal rest

Q: Why?
A: Well, as it turns out my right vocal cord is paralyzed

Q: For how long?
A: I don't know. Could be days, weeks, months.

Q: But it still sounds like you can talk?
A: Yes, at a low volume but it's strained and hoarse. When I try to project like I would on TV, I can't.

Q: Does this just affect your voice?
A: No, the opening to my airway is essentially stuck open. It makes me winded which causes fatigue when I try to talk. Also, I have to be careful not to aspirate liquids and food.

Really hope to be back on the air sooner than later but at this point, the timeline is a bit uncertain.

❤️AA
