I hit the road to Bunker Hill to capture what I knew would be a good matchup between Nokomis and Bunker Hill. Two of the top teams in the MSM Conference, battling for that #1 seed.

But I don’t think I was prepared for what I walked into.

That gym was LOUD. The crowd was absolutely insane. Two guys live broadcasting the game, fans going nuts, and two teams playing like their lives depended on every single point.

It took all three sets for Hillsboro to finally take down a tough Bunker Hill squad. Neither team was going down without a fight.

I’ve photographed a LOT of volleyball, but this was hands down the most intense match I’ve captured yet.

The noise. The energy. The competition. The emotions.

I can not say thanks enough to Bunkerhill, Eden, Reagan, and Peyton for welcoming to their facilities to capture some amazing action not once but twice!

Thank you very much!
