Everybody sees the finished product, but not everybody sees the teamwork it takes to make it happen. ♠️
From the kitchen to the front counter, every position matters. Nobody is more important than the next person when we’re all working toward the same goal.
One thing I’ve learned building Ace of Wingz is that you can have the best food, the best equipment, and the best location, but without the right people working together, none of it matters.
We’re going to make mistakes, we’re going to have challenging days, but as long as we continue to communicate, hold each other accountable, and take pride in what we’re building, we’ll continue to grow.
Six locations. Hundreds of moving parts. ONE TEAM.♠️

I’ve been watching your journey and this is a great example of having the right systems and people in place to scale across multiple locations. Training and investing in your team is so important!
