Filip’s 57.5 kg muscle-up showcases impressive strength and a distinctive transition. His narrow grip and tucked elbow pull are familiar muscle-up features. What stands out in his execution is how his elbows then flare outward and move in front of his shoulders while remaining deeply bent, suggesting a horizontal shoulder adduction component. My hypothesis is that this repositioning helps guide his torso’s path over the bar. Moving the arms forward may also contribute to counterbalancing the rest of the body during that shift, although this footage alone cannot confirm that effect. Given the height of his pull, his aggressive and distinctive transition technique allows him to compensate for the height typically required in a conventional muscle-up. This visual analysis explores his technique’s particularities and demands, without ranking it as better or worse. Filip has developed the strength and control to handle these positions repeatedly. That takes preparation, and what works for him may not suit every athlete. Follow for more videos of this kind

A little luxury, a little self-care, and a facial experience in the comfort of my own home with @solobeautyae ✨🤍 Loved enjoying the Dr. Renaud facial with @solobeautyae — because sometimes, the best beauty rituals are the ones that come to you. 🧖🏻‍♀️ Your home, your comfort, your beauty moment. 💆🏻‍♀️ #solobeautysalon #drrenaud #athomefacial #dubaibeauty #selfcareritual
It’s officially FALL in Vermont and I am loving it!! 🍁 We’re getting the house ready for a big shoot (more to come there 😉), and of course I had to go ALL OUT with the fall decorations. Living in New England, you can’t help but fall in love with this time of year. The colors, the crisp air, the pumpkins… All of it! And speaking of pumpkins, have you ever seen a green pumpkin like this? I am obsessed. LOL I think they’re so cool and add something a little different around the house. Here’s what I love most about decorating for fall: There are no rules. You get to have fun. Be creative. Make your home feel like you. And if you love something that other people think looks a little weird? Who CARES?! Put it on your front porch anyway. That’s your reminder to stop worrying about what everyone else thinks and just do what makes YOU happy. Also, HUGE shoutout to Jenn @jwk211 for finding and designing every single thing you see. Pro tip from Jenn - use the same colors in groups, rather than mixing them all together…looks amazing. And huge shout out to Maggie and Faxon for helping me get everything pulled together. These pumpkins were no joke. Some of them weighed a ton! Okay, now I need to know… are you a traditional orange pumpkin person or are you loving the green ones as much as I am?! 🎃
