Hurt doesn’t always mean harm.
When you’ve just been told you have low bone density, it’s natural to start protecting yourself. But a scared brain turns the alarm up, and that doesn’t mean you’re breaking.
Start small: one move that worries you a little (not a lot), done gently for one minute. Notice what actually happens. Repeat tomorrow. Small and often teaches your brain it’s safe.
Not sure which move to start with? Check with your physio or doctor first. A sharp new pain, especially after a fall, always needs to be checked.
