The distinction between belief (think of it as how you live, apply your values, assess situations, etc…) and fact is fascinating. The way we interpret and apply facts is deeply personal, yet, we’re all expected to do it and ideally consistently, yet again, something about our current society (maybe all historical western society, too) makes it difficult to do so.
